2019 HIGHLIGHTS

2019 was the best and worst year of my life, it started very bad when I was at a uni I hated but ended so good, I feel like 2019 was a big year for me with lots of changes in my life and definetly a lot of life lessons. But I really want to focus of the highs of my year as I want to move into 2020 with a positive mind set and not drain on past negatives

The first life changing thing that happened to me on the 17th January is that my friend introduced me garlic butter on my dominos pizza, it is a topping that you can add and it makes your pizza in a giant garlic pizza bread and its amazing, a must try.

25th January I went to a silent disco at my uni SU which was one of my favourite night out there, it was so funny and I had the best time with my uni mates.

26th January I had my first spoons burger, life changing.

1st February it snowed! Me and my housemates all went outside at 1:30am to play in which was so funny.

2nd February we went out at home to celebrate my birthday, this was so nice as I got to see so many of my friends from home and my sister came out and it was just such a good night.

9th February I celebrated my birthday with my uni mates at our festival themed night at our uni SU which I got very drunk at and it was the first night I got really close with my best friend Eve but it was also the night I decided I was going to drop out of UCA, aka the best decision I ever made.

16th February I met my cousins new puppies which were the cutest dogs everrrr

21st February I went to visit my bestie who I barely see in Liverpool and spent a few days with her, going on nights out and eating out ofcourse

23rd February I had a massive night out with all my freinds from home who I hadn't seen in ages

3rd March we had a heatwave

5th April I went on an industry day to visit an Ad agency in London and we completed a micro brief and saw how they worked day to day which was an amazing experience

19th-21st April I went to Rome with my family to celebrate my dads birthday. I had never been to Rome before so it was amazing to look around this new city and to spend time with my amazing family

11th May I moved out of my uni house and left UCA forever

23rd May I started working for my dad for the summer

25th May my cousin got married and the wedding was beautiful and I got to see some of my family I hadn't seen for awhile

30th May-6th June me and Sam went to Cyprus together, this was the best week of the year by far, it was the most beautiful place and we did the best things whilst there and I just love a bit of sun

25th July I dyed my hair blonde, best decision ever

31st July-2nd August me and Sam went to London for a few days and as you can probably tell from my previous blogs I love London, the food, the shopping and everything about it was just so good

3rd August was probably my favourite day of the whole year, we started the day at my aunties with nearly all of my 20 cousins which was so nice to see them all, we were celebrating two of my cousins 18th. This was also the day we met my youngest cousin who was actually born just a few days before. We had a BBQ and drinks in the sun most of the day. Later on we went to The Cube hotel in Bimingham which is soo nice and bowled at Lane 7 and drank a bit more. We then got ready and had dinner at Marco Pierre White steak house which was amazing, we next went to play mini golf at Ghetto Golf which was so funny and then went on a night out in Birmingham.

24th August I made a cheeky splurge and brought myself some Balenciaga trainers I had wanted for ages

8th-11th September I went to Paris with my best friend which was the most impulsive and amazing trip which I've wrote 2 blogs on if your interested

23rd September I moved to NTU and met the best flatmates and friends

28th September my sister and her friends came to stay and go on a night out to celebrate her birthday

2nd October I went to my first Ocean Wednesday, life changing

18th October found the Amazon 'Welcome5' code - basically you could get anything on amazon that was under £5 for free, a student life saver

30th October I had my favourite Ocean night

6th November we viewed and booked our peng house for next year

22nd November I had the nicest and wierdest burger I'd ever had at Annies Burger Shack in Nottingham

24th November the most memorable night out of my life, I won't go into details..

25th November my family came to visit me in Nottingham and we went to winter wonderland and ice skated and ate at TGIs

12th December my flat and next door made a christmas dinner together

14th December I went home for Christmas and saw my dog who I hadn't seen since October

15th December I went Christmas shopping with my sister and brought a new phone

24th December me and my family had our own pancake bake off

25th December it was Christmas so was just the best

31st December celebrated the new year with all of my fav people from home
