I never really buy too much on black Friday as I don't usually see deals that are worth shopping, but this year there was a lot more on offer I can't refuse a good sale. Most stores don't just have special offers on the Friday, it's become a week long event and I just kept seeing so many deals I could turn down, which left my bank in great pain, but we very happy so.. I wanted to share with you the offers I found and used and what I brought this black Friday.

The first black Friday sale I shopped was at Urban Outfitters, this year they were realesing different sales each day on the lead up to BF, the offer I shopped was 25% off everything if you are a UO member which I am, so I thought I would treat myself to some joggers I have been eyeing up for a while but could never justify the price, so 25% off made them a more reasonable price. I brought the Iets Frans lime joggers (https://www.urbanoutfitters.com/en-gb/shop/iets-frans-lime-joggers?category=SEARCHRESULTS&color=034) I wasn't sure which colour to get them in as there is a massive range to pick from, but I thought if I was spending a little more than I usually would on my PLT joggers then I would get a more unique colour and opted for the lime pair and I have been wearing them none stop since I got them, I feel they really add something to an otherwise quite plain and basic outfit, the quality is also amazing I would highly reccomend. I got these joggers for £25.50 rather than £34, after this day they didn't have any further reductions so I was very happy I got them when I did. The other purchase I made at Urban was a new bag, I mentioned in my Christmas wish list that I was in need of a new bag but I decided I couldn't wait anymore and I had my eye on this bag since I started uni but thought I would make mine last as long as possible, so when there was a discount I decided to buy the bag for myself. I brought a cream tote bag (https://www.urbanoutfitters.com/en-gb/shop/uo-corduroy-tote-bag?category=SEARCHRESULTS&color=011&quantity=1&size=ONE%20SIZE&type=REGULAR). It was orginally £20 down to £15 with the 25% off but then I went into the store the day before BF and saw it on sale for 50%, so I was gutted to miss out on that sale, you really have to pick and choose which offer to take as they change so quickly, some for the better some for worse, so its risky.

The next things I brought were from PrettyLittleThing, I didn't buy these because they were on a massive reduction, I just brought the normal things I would. PLT's sale let me down this year, they did an offer of up to 60% off everything all week but in reality it was probably only 60% off about two items and then the rest that people actually wanted was about 10% off. But they occassionally added a promotion for an extra 10% off so I still brought a couple items that I had been wanting, the first item I brought was a cropped black jumper, I got this for £13 rather than £15 (https://www.prettylittlething.com/black-ultimate-cropped-sweater.html). The next item I brought was a Morphe setting spray, this is my favouraite setting spray ever so I thought I would buy a back up whilst it was reduced, so I got this for £12 rather than £15 (https://www.prettylittlething.com/morphe-setting-mist.html). I also brought a fawn coloured sweatshirt, its a really nice basic for the winter months and I got it in a large so its comfy and oversized and I got this for £11 down from £18 (https://www.prettylittlething.com/fawn-washed-ultimate-sweater.html). The final piece I brought was a grey fleece zip up hoodie, this is a great piece to just throw on top of any outfit for extra warmth and I got this for £18.90 rather than £25 (https://www.prettylittlething.com/grey-fleece-zip-up-hoodie.html).

The next place I shopped at was Gym Shark, I actually have never brought from them before and I've only heard good things about their pieces but it's too expensive usually so I've never brought anything from them. But I've also heard they have great BF sales so I kept an eye out and it didn't disapoint, they began the sale on the Monday where they had different sections on the website for 70%, 50%, 30% and 20% off pieces and ofcourse I went for the 70% off pieces. I was little late to the sale so a lot of the pieces were sold out in my sizes but I managed to pick up some goodies. I picked up a sports bra as I have grown out of all of mine and I was looking for one which went quite high on the chest so I was very happy when I found this gorgoues one in my size (https://uk.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-dreamy-sports-bra-light-green), I got this one for 50% off, £12.50 from £25 and I love it, it's a great fit and amazing quality and I would highly reccomend. The next thing I was looking for was leggings and I picked up three pairs, the first being some grey high waisted leggings (https://uk.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-flex-high-waisted-leggings-charcoal-marl-teal) and I also got them in a lighter grey as I really like my gym leggings to be high waisted and these looked like a great fit (https://uk.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-flex-high-waisted-leggings-khaki-marl-taupe), I got both of these 50% off at £20 down from £40 and I love them, the quality is amazing and I love the fit of them and the high waist is exactly what I was looking for. I also brought this pair of Flex leggings which have the iconic Gym Shark waist band (https://uk.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-flex-leggings-charcoal-marl-dusky-teal) I don't like this ones fit as much as the other but thats just personal preference but these are still great quality and I also got these 50% off at £16 rather than £32. The final thing I ordered was a pair of joggers (https://uk.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-recess-joggers-pink), I brought these mainly because they were 70% off so were only £12.

The next place I ordered from was Sister and Seekers, they are one of my favourite online stores and I love all of their pieces but they are a bit more pricey so I only buy from them occassionaly. This year they were offering 25% off the entire site, excluding their new collection, I had orgianlly filled my basket with loads of pieces I had been wanting but I was really good and only ordered two of the pieces I had been wanting. I brought a thin jacket as I don't really have anything like this and thought I should add it to my wardrobe (https://www.sistersandseekers.com/product/track-and-field-jacket/) I brought this for £26.25 rather than £35. I also brought something which wasn't in the sale as it was from the new collection and I really wanted them so I treated myself and thought whilst I was paying for delivery on my first item I may aswel, so I brought a pair of joggers (https://www.sistersandseekers.com/product/combination-fleece-sweatpants/) they are so different to anything else I own I can really see myself getting the use out of them throughout winter, I paid 100% of the £33 price.

As Christmas is approaches I have been on the look out for a new Christmas jumper as my family all wear them on Christmas day and I usually end up in a cringey ugly one but I didn't want to do that this year, so I found this one in Topman (https://www.topman.com/en/tmuk/product/christmas-red-wash-ho-ho-ho-sweatshirt-9325651) It's a plain red jumper with the words 'Ho Ho Ho' on the front, I know very festive. Topshop and Topman were doing 25% off everything so this jumper was £22.50 down from £30 and then I got an extra 10% student discount so I got it for £20.25.

The last place I shopped at was JD and I actually went in looking for some Adidas leggings but they didn't have the ones I wanted so I went to have a look in the sale section and there was actually some amazing clothes on offer, the first thing I brought was a plain Adidas t-shirt for £5!! down from £15 so I couldn't say no to that, it's a great comfy basic for the gym and daily (https://www.jdsports.co.uk/product/black-adidas-3-stripes-t-shirt-junior/1296901/). The next top I picked up was a Champion t-shirt, which was half price £15 down from £30 (https://www.jdsports.co.uk/product/white-champion-collar-t-shirt/1315641/) what really drew me to this was the collar, I want to style it by wearing it under plain oversized jumpers with the champion collar poking out the top to add something more to the outfit.
