For our first Ocean Wednesday back after Christmas our theme was Princesses which when you first think of you think it will be easy but actually on a budget it can be quite hard so I had a very last minute outfit. I originally planned to wear a dress and tiara but I couldn't find a dress that I liked so I ended up wearing a yellow corset top with diamonds on fro Oh Polly because I felt it looked quite princessy and just paired it with a black pencil skirt from H&M because I didn't want to take away from the top. Finally I ordered a tiara from Amazon and wore my classic Nike Air Force 1.

The next week I went was my Birthday week so I got to choose the theme and I choose Pub Golf because I think the whole idea of it is jokes and the outfits are really cute. We had to write our drink scores on our backs so I just brought a £2.50 white polo from Mens Primark, paired it was a red tartan skirt from Missguided, some knee high socks from Luvyababes and a black headband. I also brought a blow up golf club because I felt my costume wasn't too obvious and this just completed the look.

The next week was Valentines week so our theme was Victoria Secret Angels. People took this theme in very different directions, some in pjs, some in lingerie so I went somewhere in the middle. I wore a plain white bodysuit from Zara, a pink silk robe from PLT because I feel this is a staple VS item and some white angel wings from Luvyababes to complete the angel look and then my Air Force because I don't have the patience for heels.

Our theme the next week was Call on me, the music video for inspiration. I pictured neon colours, leotards and sweatbands so this was the look I created, I wore a neon pink swim costume from Primark because it can get away as a bodysuit, paired with my black shorts from Luvyababes and added some neon pink wristbands and pink scrunchie in a half up half down hairstyle I felt was quite 80's, then to hold my things I used a small black under arm bag from PLT.

The next theme was Bay Watch so I brought this life guard t-shirt and whistle from amazon and paired it with my Topshop shorts, but I was actually really ill on the night so didn't go out but thought I'd include it as inspo.

Unfortunately due to coronavirus my first year ended a lot earlier than anticipated so there will be no more ocean outfits for this term :(
